Shadow is looking up at the stars as well, though he's frowning just as much at them as Waver—perhaps even more. The mage's muttered comments have Shadow sliding him a curious look, and prompting him to offer a comment of his own.

"Even if they're the same, we might not be able to use them."

He points up to the shattered moon.

"With the moon broken apart, the earth's axis might shift, so the stars won't be in the same position."
