[Viktor has no clue why the light is so effective on this thing, seeming to thoroughly stun lock it in place. A wonderful discovery, couldn't ask for a better result. Except for it immediately emulating, that is. Seems like it needs one more push beyond the light blaring at it to truly dispel the thing,]
