That's just it. It makes sense to me! Which is to mean it makes no sense at all. We were all together in the circus about to go on some adventure, I stepped into the portal, as usual, and wound up here!
So of course it's going to be some sort of Mad Max hell hole where monsters come out and there are people around that can blast them to smithereens! It's how the game is meant to be played! And as soon as we all get together, we'll probably get information of our objective and be expected to go off and do something or suffer the consequences!
