Once they reach the kitchen, Yang wastes no time in helping Blake look, and the results are less than satisfying. "Looks like." She agrees, looking over a box of porridge. She puts it down and leans back against a counter, folding her arms across her chest. "So we're not meant to be too comfortable here." She muses, whoever "they" are. "They give us a little, but not enough to be self-sufficient on this train." And there's a decent-sized group out there, assuming nobody got killed in the attack. "And this stuff we'll burn through pretty quick. If we find any towns or settlements, we'll probably have to scavenge, too."
The idea is...distasteful, rummaging through the remains of people's lives, at least the gas station wasn't a home, but the circumstances don't leave them much choice.
