Serph doesn't have any visible weapons on him in human form and he didn't seem to have much even as a demon; though his feet were clawed, his fingers had no such things. Varuna's teeth were sharp but they could hardly be considered practical weapons given his small, human-like mouth. But the reality is that Varuna is always with a weapon.
