[It's addressed to no one in particular, her tone hints at mix of bewilderment and exasperation. Lilith stares at the sigils painted on the floor, stepping carefully to avoid walking on any of them. They're certainly not like anything she's ever seen before - not on Pandora, or anywhere else.
No sign of Roland, Tina, Kreig, or Tannis either. She would even welcome Claptrap if he could shed some light on the situation. It just keeps getting better and better.]
Well, now what...
[The unexpected radio crackle is enough to startle her and she whirls in the direction of it, hand flying to the holster where her pistol rests. Before she draws her weapon, she realizes it's just the radio and lets out a sigh as the voice mentions something about seeking out Nirvana.]
Nirvana, huh? Man, I'm getting too old for this shit.
2. Start Up
What a piece of junk...
[Of course. Of course the keys Lilith found lead to an outrunner that has clearly seen far better days. The driver door sticks so badly even placing a foot below the door and yanking with all her might doesn't yield any results, and climb through the windows, or the emergency hatch at the back doesn't appeal much either.
It's not much of a shock, really, none of the vehicles in the garage look like they're faring much better, but it's still a source of frustration in a day that has brought nothing but endless frustrations. She kicks the flattened rear tire in irritation, and with a metallic groan of protest, the rusted out stabilizer bar of the suspension gives way.]
Oh, you've got to be kidding me!
[She's sorely tempted to give the offensive vehicle another solid kick, before noticing another drifter struggling with their new, or at least new-to-them, vehicle as well.]
Hey, I'll help you with yours if you help me with mine?
3. Storm Warning
[There's something in the movement in dark object in the sky that gives Lilith pause as she watches its approach. It looks like a cloud, but it also moves like a flock of birds. Whatever it is, it can't be good. She ducks back into the diner; the closest available cover as the birds begin to dive, crouching down near the door.
She draws her pistol and ducks out from under cover to open fire on one of the skeletal avians attempting to divebomb one of the other drifters.]
Hey! Watch out!
[She calls out the warning, and fires off three shots in quick succession, each one finding their mark in the creature's chest, bringing it crashing to the ground. The shots draw the attention of several other flying beasts, causing her to pause.]
