"Two...." Donnie quickly curbs that line of thought before it can spiral. After meeting someone from a distant future and changing events, spawning off bifurcated time branches and whatnot, dealing with temporal discrepancies from an apparently displaced brother is pretty low on the list of things to panic about.
That's not to say it's not worth panicking over. Just for entirely different reasons.
