Akihiko ends up on the roof mostly by accident, courtesy of one of the birds swooping him up, and then finding out just how angry and reckless he can be. It's a bit of a crash landing, but Akihiko still manages to untangle himself from the talons.

"What are you talking about!?" His adrenaline is still running high, and the storm isn't helping him. He's almost crackling as he turns to face the machines. "What about electricity, it's all just-"

And that's when one of those bolts decides to slam into him with an audible THOOM. It's a damned good thing he has resistance to electricity. Even if there's a nice fresh hole blasted into the back of his shirt and vest. Akihiko winces from it, giving off a few more sparks. But at least that bolt has calmed him down for a moment.

"S-something to do with the storm, maybe? Because that thing is throwing out a lot of electricity."

Not that he's helping very much with that lightning problem.
