Oh. He hadn't expected that. Even though he figures she means well, out of reflex Donnie can't help but stiffen. He's always been a bit sensitive about his personal space, but...he supposes it's not entirely awful to have some sort of comfort, even if it's from someone he's just met.

"...it's just weird, you know? Being away from my family. Usually we're always together." And he'd almost lost one brother so recently, so being away from them...hurts.

"Guess I wouldn't mind that, though. It'll be nice having someone to travel with at least," he says, smiling faintly. "And hey, I can help fix this thing when it needs a tune-up."
