Ruby doesn't think much of the shift between his awkward teen appearance, and the more skilled thief/warrior once the going gets tough. She had the same sort of mentality, it helped coming from a place that was already teeming with monsters. There was the awkward, quirky girl who liked to goof off when things were light, but someone who could get down to business when the need arised.

She wielded her large scythe with ease as they cut through the weird creatures skuttling around through here. But she's a little late to catch the syringe that sticks itself into Ren.

She's quick to rush over and give his shoulder a shake.
