Okay, so the cloak is weird, right - who the fuck wears a big covering over what's clearly armor, unless they want to make fighting harder on themself. It's sure as hell not actually covering the armor from view, since Heat's got the leg portions on clear display. But the armor is a clue. It doesn't have to go back far in its archive to pull comparative images. It's clearly been individualized, but there's a mark on the man's arm too.
The mention of Nirvana is what really bumps the likelihood up into the 89% range, though. And so SecUnit, close enough to listen but far enough away to pretend that Heat wasn't actually talking to it, doesn't go with its first instinct of completely ignoring the statement, but looks sidelong towards Heat.
"We're not there yet." The person addressing Heat certainly isn't dressed in armor the way he is - it's got dull, nondescript pants and a jacket, and the buzzing overtone of its voice is only partially dampened by the facemask it's wearing. No brightly colored hair, either, just black.
