Honestly, I don't think canon point would even be an issue, if you wanted to play around with mutual wariness or animosity or Danse generally just being a big orange Brotherhood problem for Arcade in a setting where they can't avoid each other. He's always down to be obnoxious about it whether he knows he's a synth or not, lol.
